- One cup of chickpeas (previously soaked and pealed) - Juice of one lemon - Half cup of olive oil - One garlic clove - Half cup of hulled tahini - Two tablespoons of soy sauce


Blend the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic clove, tahini and soy sauce. The chickpeas will be added after and little by little.
