Condensed Cashews Milk

img_0892 Ingredients:

  • 1 Liter of filtered or spring water
  • One handful of cashews previously soaked to deactivate their anti-nutrients.

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients in a blender. Bring the mixture into a pan over medium heat. Add the sweetener, I used maple syrup.

Whisk the milk and turn down the heat to low for 35 minutes or until it looks thicker.
