We are use to have salad as a small side dish. I invite you to see other perception. Raw vegetables has tons of enzymes which are small particles that help in your digestion. When you avoid or have small amounts of raw vegetables you feel sleepy after you eat. The reason is that other enzymes in your body get distracted of their main activity to help the digestion. Therefore, you request much more energy from your enzymes.Try salads as a first plate and in big portions. You will feel an effect in your level of energy. I will share in future post home dressers! Don't use supermarket dressers or you will miss the whole point of the enzymes 😊
