Cooking Class Description
The intention of my cooking classes is to share what I have learned in this journey. I do not cook with expensive kitchen tools. I'm a wife, mother and love to spend time with myself . Cooking in few time makes me keep balance in my daily goals. Food is a priority for me and my family. I strongly believe that no matter how busy our live is, we can always organized our activities in line with priorities and find congruency. I'm not a chef, we will not spend time in decorating our plates or have complicate dishes. I will provide you the tools so you can play with them at your own kitchen. My intention is to make you feel more confident in the kitchen and start to include the activity of cooking into your daily routine. My dishes are made mostly with local, organic food and always with high quality ingredients. You will try samples during my classes, I want you and your body to get the experience of trying tasty and nutritious food.
Everybody gets a copy of the recipes but I always recommend to my clients to bring a notebook. During my classes I share about the benefits of the ingredients that we are eating, where you can buy them in a decent price and which alternatives do you have in case you didn't have time to cook.
