Lesson One. Weekly Plans Meals
Start your morning with a delicious Granola of different flavors, b) Make your own gluten-free bread to prepare your own sandwiches. c) Keep in your fridge five different salsas to spread them in your favorite plate (Fish, Tofu, Vegetables, Bread) d) Bring good bacteria into your gut by keeping ready to go a delicious Garlic and Oregano Sauerkraut, d) Build the foundations of your own salads dressings.
Lesson Two. Food with Herbs and Super Foods
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with the delicious smell of cardamon seeds and homemade vegetable milk. Add to your salmon a twist with a super power herbed crust. Learn natural ways to boost your Immune System to prevent illness, discover the fighter pot and know how to increase your energy levels with aloe vera, cloves and more. Bring turmeric into your table, you will discover how easy is to prepare a delicious turmeric brown rice. The super foods can be involved also in your sweets. We will prepare two different desserts charged with spiraling, maca and cacao
Lesson Three. Honor your sweets
Keep in your pantry DELICIOUS and healthy options when you are craving for sweets. In this class you will discover how easy is to keep in your fridge a delicious caramel chocolate. Bring to your events sweet and crunch Rochers Chocolates. Are your Kids craving for cookies full of refined sugar? learn how to do in 30minutes a delicious date-almond cookies. For a snack in the office, I will guide you to build your foundations of preparing granola bars.
